The Masai Mara is a year-round destination, but the Great Migration between July and October is the highlight for most travellers. The dry season also offers the best game viewing generally, as animals gather around remaining water sources. The wet season, from November to April, brings green landscapes, fewer crowds, and excellent birdwatching.
